The proposed 35-storey mixed-use development at 1779-1787 Bayview Ave. requires an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment application. The proposal includes 373 residential units of which 108 are rental (10 rental replacement units) and 265 are condominium units, 478 bike spaces, 138 parking spaces, and 541 sq. m. of non-residential space (mostly the Metrolinx station entrance at the corner of Eglinton and Bayview, with approximately 150 sq. m. of retail space at the southwest corner of the building).
The property at 1783-1785 Bayview Avenue was designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act . Metrolinx declared the property a Provincial Heritage Property on June 8, 2016. A Heritage Impact Assessment has been submitted is being reviewed by Heritage Planning.
589-595 Eglinton Avenue East 61-67 Mann Avenue
The proposed 35-storey mixed-use development requires an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment application. The proposal includes 389 residential units (215 1BR, 134 2BR and 40 3BR), 395 bike spaces, 79 resident and 38 retail/visitor parking spaces, and 660 sq. m. of ground floor retail space.
