City of Toronto Chief Planner Jennifer Keesmaat will be giving a talk on April 9, 2014, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the William Lea Room in the Leaside Memorial Arena. The subject of her talk will the challenges and opportunities presented by our city’s growth. She has also been asked by Councillor John Parker to discuss area-based development permitting systems as an alternative to the planning process we now have in place in Toronto.
