The proposed 34-storey mixed-use development requires a Zoning By-law Amendment application, to vary performance standards in the Zoning By-law, including but not limited to standards for gross floor area and floor space index; building height; building setbacks, and parking space rates.
The proposal includes 434 residential units, 466 bike spaces, 91 parking spaces, and 314 sq. m. of retail space.
The application has been appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal. When a planning application is appealed to the OLT, the OLT becomes the approval authority.
