The LRA recently sent letters to the City expressing its concerns about proposed mid-rise developments on Laird Dr north and south of Stickney Ave. Key concerns are:
- Conformity with overarching plans for Laird Dr
- Animated streetscapes
- Effects on neighbours at rear on Randolph Rd
- Access off Stickney Ave rather than Laird Dr
- Better environmental standards
