The LRA circulated a message to our members about a virtual public consultation on Thursday November 12, 7pm-9pm, regarding a development application for 1718-1734 Bayview Ave (west side between Eglinton Ave E and Soudan Ave).
The application is for an 9-storey, 31.3m tall mixed-use building, with 123 dwelling units, retail at grade, and 77 parking spaces in a two-level underground parking garage. Gross floor area is 10,879 sq m. The floor space index is 4.34 times the lot area. More information about city planning consultations is available on the city’s website.
