Two notes:

  1. LRA debates encourage questions from the audience, but do not permit audience members to pose their questions orally. Rather, audience members pose their questions in writing to a designated representative of the LRA who triages questions, synthesizes similar questions, and presents condensed versions for the candidates to answer. In our experience, this format maximizes what the vast majority of the audience wants: the opportunity to hear from the candidates who are seeking their support on as many different issues as possible.
  2. The LRA itself is non-partisan and does not endorse or support any candidate or political party.
